In early June 2013, we barely made it into Kingman AZ before "Elwood" died. (He's a blue Toyota RAV 4 -- so the name was a no-brainer...). Cobb's was just around the corner and they towed us over. Didn't take Terry & his people long to diagnose the problem: a bad alternator that also destroyed the battery. Terry called around and found the right alternator abd battery in Kingman, then his guys got to work. Within a couple of hours, Elwood was up and running, and gave us zero problems the rest of the way back to Seattle. We can't rave enough about the service, and prices were more than fair. Kingman has a real jewel in Cobb's.

This shop did not replace my main engin oil seal when they had my transmission out. After I told everyone in the shop including the owner to replace my main oil seal while you have the transmission out. They did not replace the main oil seal. So I had to pay an additional 540 on top of the 2800 after they supposedly rebuilt my trans mission. I was told on the side that Bob only replaces what is needed and charges for a full job. So they probabley only replaced my transmission pump. And they charged me for a full rebuild witch I specified. I was willing to give them 400 cause they messed up and did not put in a new oil seal the first time when they said they would. But Bob only cares about the money and not the customer. He blamed the whole thing on me Stating that I never told him anything. When I had conversations with him. About making shure that he knew what need to be done. So just do not go to this shop. Go some where else. Plus my vehicle has been there almost 3 monts. Witch dose not bother me cause I know that they have a lot of work. I tried to be resenable with Bob but Bob has gotten greedy.

OLDER MAN....POSSIBLE OWNER LOOKED AT MY TIRES ON MY JAGUAR, AND SAID, OHHHHH THESE TIRES ARE READY TO EXPLODE--!!!-- READY TO BLOW UP. THE STEEL BELTS ARE SEPARATING FROM THE TIRES. TELLS ME UNSAFE --!!! SEVERAL TIMES. HE TOOK ME INSIDE THE GARAGE AND SHOWED ME SOME TIRES AND SAID $292.00 APEICE !! CHUCKED TO MYSELF. WENT DIRECTLY TO THE "FORD" DEALER ON STOCTON HILL. KINGMAN AZ. A SALESMAN CAME OUT....AND HE CALLED AN EXPERT TIRE MAN....AND HE LOOKED AT MY TIRES AND SAID THEY WERE ONLY 3 YEARS OLD AND I COULD DRIVE ON THEM FOR ANOTHER 2-3 YEARS. HE GAGED MY TIRES AND THEY WERE A 7 OF 11 STILL LOTS OF TREAD. CLOSE TO 70% LEFT ON MY TIRES. THE FORD DEALER TOLD ME THE TIRES WOULD BE 182.00 APEICE. I AM A DISABLED VETERAN. I HAD MY VETERAN HAT ON TOO. I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE READ THIS. I AM LOOKING FOR A HOUSE TO BUY. AS I AM FROM MICHIGAN.

We had a blow out on our 5th wheel so we popped in to get our spare replaced. We called ahead to make sure they had our tire in stock and they did. An employee was walking by as we were getting out of our truck. She saw our kids and small dog and welcomed all of us, even our dog into their store. They had a tv and toys to entertain the kids and were all extremely friendly. They even offered to get my dog some water. We were promptly helped and their prices were reasonable. We would definitely come back here again if the need arises.

I thought the service provided by Bill was extremely professional as well as fairly priced. I will definitely be calling him for all maintenance and any other repairs I will be needing.

Me and my wife took our MerCruiser in for service last week. We had a great experience working with Al & Freddy. They were upfront on honest with us which we liked. We ended up needing more than a simple water pump and service. We got off the water a bit ago and the boat is running great. Their staff is Friendly and professional. We will be going back if we have problems in the future
